Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Copywriter to join EMAX Beauté International, working across all departments particularly with our Marketing, Brand, Partnerships and Customer Experience teams. As a Junior Copywriter, you will help shape our brand voice across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, advertising, LinkedIn, and other promotional materials. You’ll contribute fresh ideas, create compelling content, and support day-to-day copywriting needs for campaigns, products, services, corporate and CSR affairs and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities to create engaging content.
- Write original copy for advertisements, social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
- Draft and edit articles that highlight our company’s services and products.
- Collaborate with designers to enrich text with visuals, ensuring content is impactful and engaging.
- Support senior team members by fact-checking and refining copy, as well as producing smaller pieces like social media posts and short ads.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content and increase visibility on search engines.
- Ensure consistency of tone and language across all marketing channels including emails, banners, brochures, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and interview subject matter experts for insightful content development.
- Monitor the performance of content using metrics like web traffic and conversion rates, and suggest optimisations.
- Interview industry experts and internal teams to produce engaging content.
- Championthe LinkedIn profile for the company, driving engagement and relevance.
- Monitor key metrics related to content, such as web traffic and conversion rates.

- Provenexperience as a Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio of published work.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Ability to create compelling copy for both short and long form content pieces.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimisation strategies.
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn profiles and web content is a plus
