Your day at NTT DATA
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Content Management System (e.g., Sitecore, Embraco).
- Act as a bridge between local clients and technical team in China, translating business requirements into detailed action plans for developers.
- Conduct first level of content-related issues troubleshooting and coordinate fixes with technical team in China.
- Oversee the quality of work and perform checks before delivering to clients.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Manage client delivery expectations.
- Ensure timely publishing of updates, campaigns, and news on web platforms.
- Prepare project progress reports and update both clients and internal management on project status.
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing). The candidate must be able to communicate with the China-based team via phone and WeChat in Mandarin.
- Proficient in Malay and English (speaking, reading, and writing). The candidate must be able to communicate fluently with clients in person or remotely.
- General experience in marketing or communication environments.
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS) platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
