JUNIOR JAPANESE SPEAKING SECURITY ANALYST, HYBRID (REF: DL)

Job description

• Monitor and report on all security related alerts, incidents and breaches and provide assistance in the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• Investigate spam emails reported by users.
• Produce monthly security reports for the clients.
• Manage all customer interaction in a professional manner.
• Utilize internal guidelines to properly fulfill client requests and resolve incidents received via email and internal ticketing system in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Analyze and assess security incidents and escalate to appropriate internal team for additional assistance.
• Assist customer to effectively implement corporate security policies on exisitng information system.
• Any other related work requested by the Lead/Head to support the achievement of the department's strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate with knowledge in cybersecurity is encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding on IT Security field
• Skilled in English and Japanese (N1/N2)

Additional information

• Working hour: 7am - 7 pm/7pm - 7 am (Shift). 4 days working, 3 days off (Rotational). Flexibility to work from home during night shift.
