Job Responsibility

  • Photostat new membersâ documents to be forward to accounts for registration purposes.
  • Photostat transferorsâ documents to be forwarded to accounts for payment purposes.
  • File new membersâ personal file.
  • To process and order Golf Bag Tags as well as posting to memberâs account.
  • Compiling/ scanning/ attached Appointment of Personal Representative to members file in the system.
  • Filling all documents related to members-to-members personal file.
  • Updating members information.
  • Prepare Deceased List & Senior Listing for Membership Sub-Committee meeting
  • Prepare Approval Letter for New Members
  • To charge all the fees to new memberâs account.
  • To monitor Senior update for monthly basis.
  • To prepare & assist in compiling meeting pack for Membership Sub-Committee meeting.
  • To follow up and monitor Deceased Listing by monthly basis
  • Assisting on preparation for Membership Interview and Introduction Night.
  • Process Transfer of Membership, Deregistration of Member, Senior & Deceased Members, and renewal of Term & Corporate Membership
  • Ensure all membersâ information in the membership database system are up-to-date and the filing of the hardcopy documents are retained in a high confidential manner
  • To ensure all administration charges are updated and post to new memberâs account.
  • Process application for members, temporary cards, membership cards, golf bag tags.
  • To carry out any other duties as required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in related field
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mastery of a tertiary language will be an added advantage).
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience (Experience in customer service would be an added advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact well with individuals from all Age groups.
  • Mature, attentive to detail and organized.
  • Committed, self-motivated, deadline driven and result-oriented.
  • Able to work long hours or during off-days/public holidays when required.
