Job Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma in relevant field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Computer related
  • Good interpersonal skills with customer and internal staffs
  • 1-2 years of experience (Junior level)
  • Strong analysis skills, attention to detail, teamworking skill, written and verbal communication skill, flexibility
  • Support for all users, troubleshoot, installation hardware & software
  • Support system and maintenance for the office LAN and hardware support, printers.
  • Check on the server hard-disk storage capacity and removed unnecessary file to trashcans.
  • Support on the operation and production system such as Emtex server and also LAN and WAN network.
  • Able to start within short notice & immediately is preferrable
