Tanggungjawab Kerja
- Menyediakan sokongan teknikal untuk mendiagnosis dan menyelesaikan isu IT yang dilaporkan termasuk perkakasan, perisian dan isu berkaitan rangkaian.
- Pentadbiran sistem - memasang, mengkonfigurasi dan menyelenggara pelbagai sistem dan aplikasi IT.
- Melakukan penyelenggaraan sistem rutin, kemas kini dan sandaran untuk memastikan kebolehpercayaan dan keselamatan infrastruktur IT kami.
- Bekerjasama dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan untuk berhubung dengan pasukan Sistem Maklumat Ibu Pejabat (Jepun) dan mengikuti panduan dalam mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan cabaran perniagaan berkaitan teknologi.
- Mampu membantu dalam pelaksanaan dan menyumbang kepada Sistem Pengurusan Keselamatan Maklumat (ISMS) dan ISO 27001 organisasi.
- Ijazah Sarjana Muda, Diploma, atau kelayakan yang setara dalam Teknologi Maklumat, Sains Komputer, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Minimum 4-5 tahun pengalaman dalam sokongan IT, pelaporan data atau peranan yang berkaitan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik untuk berhubung secara berkesan dengan vendor, pasukan dalaman dan pihak berkepentingan.
- Bermotivasi diri dengan keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan didorong oleh operasi.
