Your Mission
- Lead the development and management of BI dashboards, ensuring integration between Upstream and Downstream operations.
- Collaborate with various business units to identify reporting requirements and provide actionable insights for performance improvements.
- Train and mentor BI analysts, ensuring their growth and proficiency in handling complex reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI reports, overseeing the validation and testing of new reports and dashboards.
- Develop and execute a long-term BI strategy that aligns with the company’s broader data and analytics vision.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure that data pipelines support the BI team's needs.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or similar quantitative disciplines. Master’s / PhD in the disciplines above is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex BI solutions, including dashboard development, reporting, and data integration across multiple sources
- Experience with leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable BI insights.
- Strong background in working with advanced BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) to develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
- Experience with mentoring and training junior analysts, developing a team capable of handling complex technical BI tasks.
- Experience in managing large-scale data environments, including cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), with hands-on experience in SQL and database management.
- Certification in any Business Intelligence related fields is desirable
- Proven ability to work autonomously, making strategic and technical decisions without the need for technical oversight.
