Job Responsibility

  • To supervise the daily work in the section and any other work directly involved in the foodline department.
  • To supervise the daily work in the Sushi department which includes monitoring, cooking, machine

and any other work directly involved in the sushi.

  • To train new staff on the various work / method involved in the Sushi sandwich, inari, onigiri, nigiri,

set and others.

  • To conduct follow up training to expose staff to new methods or products on every Sushi category to enhance their product knowledge
  • To oversee the staff on their work and to correct/ teach them if necessary.
  • To delegate the various work/method involved in Sushi to the staff accordingly
  • To check and order raw material base on production plan weekly and daily
  • To ensure safety, health and environment as per company KPI
  • Responsible for achieving the delivery ratio target for the department and the various method to

achieve this means.

  • To administer the store staff discipline based on the disciplinary guidelines and policies of the Company.
  • Responsible for the number of products to be made base on Teraoka production plan and order
  • To maintain the high standard of our product through quality control. This involves checking the products before releasing it to MMD team
  • To keep track of the fast/slow moving material monitoring with action if necessary
  • To be responsible for any documentation involved in the sushi for record purpose either for ISO purpose or monitoring purpose
  • To ensure that the documented recipes to follow are updated
  • To manage proper control of the raw material used in the department base on order from Teraoka system

Any other reasonable task assigned by the Superior in the best interest of the Company/ Business

Job Requirements

  • Must have a least (SPM/Diploma/Degree) certificate.
  • Able to work with a positive attitude
  • Age requirement is 18 years and above
  • Able to work on weekends and public holiday
  • Applicants must a malaysian citizen or a permanent residence
