This role is solely responsible in the implementation of strategic initiatives that will enhance product visibility and drive sales growth for the brand, positioning it effectively against competitors. You will collaborate with sales teams and distributors and key accounts to execute in-store promotions, optimize shelf placement, and analyze market trends to ensure our products maintain a strong competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Manage and activate at the regional levels all national marketing programme including consumer and trade promotions, sponsorship.
- Develop, plan and activate localized trade and consumer promotions to drive regional sales volume in various channels through effective use of regional DME.
- Coordinate and activate national and regional sponsorships and special events.
- Manage the total regional DME expenditure and evaluate the effectiveness (ROI).
- Manage promotion and communication of national account activation to the sales team.
