• Social Media Management for PruBSN
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Develop engaging, shareable content across PruBSN’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to reinforce and elevate PruBSN’s status as the leading Family Takaful Operator in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content that aligns with PruBSN’s digital and social media strategy, while ensuring it supports the company's overarching business objectives.
• Oversee and manage community engagement efforts to foster meaningful conversations around key topics in the takaful, financial and health landscape, driving awareness and engagement within our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies.
• Strategize and implement engaging social media campaigns focused on takaful, financial and health topics to elevate brand awareness and foster meaningful engagement with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytic tools to measure the success of each platforms and campaigns to ensure KPI achievements are on track and met.
• Manage social media budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Social Media Management related to PruBSN’s Agency Force
• Support the Agency Growth team in developing, planning and executing social media content to drive agency growth (recruitment of agents), while ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct regular screening on agents’ social media postings to ensure there are no breach of branding guidelines.
• Digital Marketing Initiatives
• Assist the Digital Marketing team in executing various digital marketing initiatives, contributing to the achievement of the team’s annual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
