Job Responsibility
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience â Hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Operational Support Specialist, especially with B-end systems such as ERP or CRM.
- System Training Experience â Skilled in training users on B-end system functionalities.
- Bilingual Communication â Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Self-Motivated & Quick Learner â Able to learn independently and adapt quickly to new tools or workflows.
- Strong Accountability â Takes full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Train team members on how to use the new features in MTS 2.0.
- Handle the daily upkeep and smooth running of the MTS 2.0 system.
- Gather and summarize feedback and improvement ideas for future updates.
