Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to grow shipping business across targeted regions.
- Manage customer portfolios, nurture relationships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and provide regular reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Candidate must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
- Have experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Strong understanding of container shipping, trade lanes, freight pricing, and logistics operations.
- Acceptable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools;
