At Longterm Distribution, a 3PL warehouse – your trusted logistics partner, we’re excited to launch a major new milestone — the opening of our second ASRS warehouse in Shah Alam, purpose-built for the storage and distribution of beverage products.

We are seeking a Contract Manager who brings not just operational know-how but also leadership, energy, and a proactive mindset to build and lead this new facility from the ground up. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to make your mark on a flagship project from Day One.

Why This Role Matters

This new ASRS warehouse represents a key strategic expansion for Longterm Distribution, and we are looking for someone experienced, hands-on, and results-driven to lead its successful launch and operations. As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full implementation and running of a beverage-focused facility within a high-compliance 3PL environment.

We need someone who understands the unique operational and regulatory needs of beverage logistics and is ready to take full ownership of warehouse success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the complete setup and operational rollout of our second ASRS warehouse.
• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of beverage products.
• Developing and enforcing SOPs, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing warehouse team.
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, particularly in the beverage industry.
• Monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Coordinating with customs and other relevant authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years’ experience managing beverage or regulated-product warehouses.
• Strong experience in setting up or launching new warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced 3PL setting.
• Experience working with beverage distributors is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of customs, logistics regulations, and licensing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in ASRS warehouse operations
• Exposure to bonded or regulated warehouse environments
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS platforms, and inventory control systems
