Marketing Communications Manager
Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort
Key Roles:
1. Strategic Planning:
·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to drive awareness and engagement for both the golf club and hotel’s products and services which includes events, facilities, F&B, golf, memberships, rooms, and space rentals.
·Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
·Prepare proposals/approval papers for initiatives to drive revenue and increase publicity.
·Monitor operating budget for marketing and advertising.
2. Content Creation:
·Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
·Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure high-quality visuals.
·Verifies all advertising for the golf club and hotel is in alignment with brand voice.
3. Digital Marketing:
·Manage the GHGR online presence, including social media platforms and the website, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
·Optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
4. Event Promotion:
·Promote special events, tournaments, and packages to attract members and guests.
·Coordinate with team managers to develop promotional materials and advertising strategies.
5. Public Relations:
·Build and maintain relationships with club members, local media, influencers, and community organisations.
·Manage the Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort CSR projects.
·Write and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.
6. Collaborations:
·Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
·Assist in the development of promotional strategies to increase traffic to the golf club and hotel.
·Develop and manage sponsorship activities and programs by any third parties.
