We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of marketing campaigns and events across the NSAP region. You'll adapt global marketing materials for local audiences, ensuring every campaign is both culturally relevant and consistent with our brand. Your role will involve overseeing marketing assets, supporting content creation for digital and offline channels, and consolidating campaign data to provide valuable insights for future strategies.
You'll also manage procurement processes and event logistics, from arranging venues and travel to providing photography and videography support. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives that help us achieve our goals.
About you
We're looking for someone who has experience in marketing administration, campaign coordination, or similar roles. You'll be proficient with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Brandfolder. Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and an understanding of local market adaptations and cultural considerations will help you succeed in this role.
Key competencies:
- Collaboration: Works closely with global, regional, and local teams.
- Empowerment: Takes ownership and proposes improvements.
- Innovation: Identifies opportunities to enhance processes and content.
- Responsibility: Ensures accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
