About The Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to lead our social media efforts and support both online and offline marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work with designers and agencies to develop engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, collaborate with influencers, and execute digital campaigns. You will also play a key role in planning events, managing marketing collaterals, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Online Marketing & Content
  • Lead in social media planning and content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Assist in the development of online campaigns.
  • Work with designer and agencies to create digital ads, banners, and visuals, videos.
  • Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for product promotions and brand awareness.
  • Offline Marketing & Events
  • Plan and execute offline marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, posters.
  • Coordinate and set up event booths for trade shows, roadshows, and pop-up stores.
  • Work with vendors, event organizers, and partners to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Track and analyze event performance to improve future activations.
  • Branding & Strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Research consumer trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies.
  • Assist in campaign reporting and post-mortem analysis.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Hands-on experience in content creation (copywriting, visual direction, video planning).
  • Experience in event planning & execution (booth setup, offline marketing materials).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Background in brand marketing and storytelling is an added bonus.
  • Experience in influencer/KOL collaborations and community engagement would an added advantage.
