Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (M&E)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor overall M&E works at project sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing materials for M&E coordination and technical meetings, including gathering relevant data, compiling reports, and documenting discussions.
  • Supervise M&E works, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and prepare activities, to ensure timely completion with high-quality workmanship.
  • Monitor work progress closely, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure or delays, and Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate effectively with M&E Engineer, project manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor M&E activities, identify potential risks or hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages, including English, Malay, and Mandarin, is advantageous.
