We are looking to employ a maintenance supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of structure metal installation, service and maintenance. Will display natural leadership and good skill communication.

Job Scope: -

    • Shall able to cooperate & manage a Repair & Maintenance team.
    • Shall be able to works independence & cooperate as a team with others staffs as a team leader.
    • Responsible on works productivity, schedule quality & safety on job assigned.
    • Ensure the availability of tools, equipment & material are available at all time and under the custody and care of your duty.
    • Shall supervise and train workers.
    • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
    • Oversee all job and ensure that job is completed on time.
    • Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
    • Ensure transport/company vehicles in good condition (Inspection/Record Service/Millage).
    • Any other duty may have assigned by superior / management
Requirements

    • SPM /Diploma equivalents or have experience as a mechanical / electrical technician.
    • Shall have GDL License/ willing to take upon job confirmation
    • Have 2 years’ experience & above
    • Have knowledge repair & maintenance on mechanical / electrical job.
    • Have basic knowledge on safety & health.
    • Able to work under pressure & meet tight schedule.
    • Have good initiative & positive thinking on his assigned job.
    • Able to have good communication with own management & customers.
    • Able to write Malay / English.
    • Willing to do others task as requested by superior when free.
    • Willing to learn as training will be given during working.
    • Have some knowledge in Concrete Batching Plant maintenance will be advantage.
