You are

You will

  • Coordinate and promote the "Meetings and Events" space within the Resort

Supervise a team of 2 to 10 employees

  • Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's Meetings and Events space
  • Ensure the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty
  • Optimize local sales related to Meetings and Events services
  • Collaborate with other departments of the Resort (kitchen, bar, restaurant, sports, events, etc.)
  • Maintain good relations with local authorities in collaboration with Management
  • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
  • Ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the property
