Job Responsibility
- Responsible for stock allocation and replenishment to outlets.
- Monitor stock movement, markdowns, inter-outlet transfers, promotions, and clear-outs.
- Update stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to oversee timely stock delivery and distribution.
- Assist in the submission of sales reports and stock balance tracking.
- Support the Merchandising Manager in compiling stock consolidation reports and other related reports.
- Handle outlet inquiries related to stock issues.
- Minimum SPM certificate/diploma or degree in Business or any related field.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
- Analytical, strong market sensibility, and goal-oriented.
- Highly motivated and committed to tasks.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred for liaising with overseas suppliers.
