Your mission: make Bjak the platform merchants want to be on, and ensure they succeed once they’re in. We are looking for a merchant growth driver who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong partnerships, and delivers results.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…
- Enjoy identifying, approaching, and winning over new merchants.
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Like building relationships that last beyond the first deal.
- Are motivated by targets and performance goals.
- Thrive in high-energy, rapid-growth environments.
- 3–5 years’ experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or sales.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Exposure to growth-stage startups or scale-ups.
- Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and merchant promotions.
- Regional merchant acquisition experience.
- Be part of Southeast Asia’s leading insurance and financial marketplace.
- Work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Collaborate with passionate teams across tech, marketing, and operations.
