【Job Responsibility】

As a core member of the AI multimodal technology team, be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing multimodal artificial intelligence systems, integrating various data types such as voice, image and text, promoting the innovative application of intelligent interaction technologies, and creating a seamless and intelligent experience for users.

• Application of multimodal models: Apply multimodal deep learning models, and cooperate with visual features and semantic information to enhance the model's understanding and decision-making capabilities in complex scenarios.
• Algorithm optimization and innovation: Research and implement multimodal fusion algorithms to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the model in cross-modal information alignment, fusion and transformation.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with team members to apply multimodal technology to actual products, participate in the whole process of development from prototype design to online deployment, and continuously optimize the model performance and user experience according to product requirements and user feedback.
• Technology tracking and research: Keep up with the development trend of cutting-edge technologies in the AI multimodal field, investigate industry trends, transform new technologies into actual productivity, and contribute to the team's technology reserve and long-term development.
  
  

【Job Requirement】

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other related majors, with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
• Professional skills: Proficient in mainstream programming and deep learning frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, proficient in the development and optimization of multimodal deep learning models (such as VGG, ResNet, BERT and their multimodal extensions), possess the ability to integrate OpenCV, handle multimodal generation (such as Whisper, MediaPipe, etc.), understand natural language and have the integration ability, be familiar with common machine learning algorithms (SVM, decision tree, etc.) and their principles.
• Project experience: Be able to independently undertake the design and implementation of complex technical modules, and possess good code norms and software engineering literacy.
• Problem-solving ability: Have sharp technical insight and problem-solving ability, be able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems in the process of model training and fine-tuning, be good at using innovative thinking to propose effective solutions, and ensure the feasibility and efficiency of technical solutions through experimental verification and optimization.
• Team collaboration and communication: Have excellent team collaboration spirit and communication ability, clearly and accurately expound technical schemes and ideas, be good at listening to the opinions and suggestions of others, jointly overcome technical difficulties, possess good document writing ability, and be able to write clear and standardized technical documents to facilitate knowledge sharing and technology inheritance among team members.

Those with experience in the online deployment of actual AI products are preferred.

Those who can independently complete the preprocessing of training sets and have experience in model stitching are preferred.

【Other Requirements if you have, such as related work experience, etc】

Have at least 2 years of experience in AI project development.
