Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor and Manage Alarms: Track and address CORE network alarms in real-time, ensuring issues are identified and escalated when necessary.
- Customer Support and Analysis: Handle customer complaints with care, performing preliminary analysis and escalating for further resolution as needed.
- Effective Communication: Act as a liaison between our internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Consistent Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports aligned with company standards to keep all teams informed.
