Senior, End to End Solution Architect

This is an End-to-End Solution Design position, a key role to execute the End-to-End Demand for all lines of business (Consumer, Home, Enterprise, Sales/Retail, Finance CS, Transformation).IT Senior, End to End Solution Architect Specialist serves as IT liaison or ambassador to business units or functional areas. Provide highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business units. Derive and craft solution architecture to execute a business plan that aligns with IT Architecture Blueprint and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• To develop solution concept for new investments for respective business areas.
• Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
• Engage with Business User from all lines of business (Consumer, Home, Enterprise, Sales/Retail, Finance CS, Transformation) to support business goal and align with IT DevOps vision.
• Identifying and utilizing the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.
• Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms.
• Execute demand received from business stakeholders and align the request with the budget allocated for each Line of Business (LOB).
• Execute in gathering, understanding, and analyzing business requirements.
• Conduct design analysis in accordance with business need specifications.
• To provide high level solution design (HLD), sequence diagram and impacted system change to address end-to-end technical requirement which align to business.
• To present Solution Design to Solution Design Forum and aligned with Enterprise Architecture blueprint.
• To present technical solution design to the development/ testing team and review, analyze and endorse technical documents i.e. Impact Analysis (IA), Functional Design (FD), Interface Agreement (IFA).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering (major in telco)
• Tertiary qualification in technical fields preferably in telecommunication domain and/or IT.
• Above 10 years of working experience in IT and the technical division of a Telecommunication Company is essential. Preferably more than 3 years working under Solution on the IT environment and Mobile Core Network.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems such as CRM, Digital, web Portal, Online Charging Systems, Billing Systems, and/or Convergent Billing Systems and their ecosystems. Possessing mobile network knowledge such as 2G, 4G, 5G, and Volte network environments would be beneficial.
• Strong in technical evaluations and assessments
• The candidate has experience more than 3 years in Solution Online Charging Systems, Billing, CRM, Digital Services, and Apps.
• Deep knowledge of industry verticals especially IT and telecommunication.
• Holding an IT Architecture certification will provide a distinct advantage.
