Job Description
- Drive research and analysis and requirement gathering .
- Work on the user story development and execution of the Next Generation CelcomDigi Consumer / Sales App down to operationalizing features built .
- Develop pre-launch readiness documents / tools including operation manual and launch brief .
- Work on assigned task relating to post-launch and resolution management .
- Support effort on front-end development relating to Next Gen Apps .
- Experience:
- Experience with software design and development, specifically on mobile apps.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of relevant coding languages and frameworks/systems
- Ability to be self-directed but also collaborative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, manage expectations and conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Education / Certification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Years of Experience:
- 1 – 3 years
