Responsibilities
Job Description:
- To assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for Inbound and outbound shipments
- Shipping document preparation for Supplier Management and shipping requirements to US and other part of the world.
- To plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks.
- Enhance Customer/Vendor relationships and meet organizational goals.
- To carry out daily administrative work and liaise with others department
- To report any irregularities to Team Lead from time to time.
- To perform any other duties as directed by Team Lead from time to time
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Ocean freight operations
- Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skill care required
- Good command of written and spoken in English & local language and possesses a pleasant and courteous personality.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-tasks
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
