Odoo Functional Developer

Job Responsibility

What youâll do

• Process mapping & solution design
  
  

Work directly with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting and Logistics to capture requirements and configure outâofâtheâbox Odoo apps (v18 SaaS).

• Data migration & cleansing
  
  

Plan and execute CSV/XLS imports for products, partners, price lists, stock and historic transactionsâowning accuracy and reconciliation.

• System configuration & testing
  
  

Set up workflows, sequences, access rights, automated actions and scheduled jobs; build test scenarios and UAT scripts; manage sandbox vs. production.

• User training & change management
  
  

Create quickâreference guides and run roleâbased training sessions (onsite & online) to drive adoption and best practices.

• Ongoing support & continuous improvement
  
  

Serve as first line of functional support, triage tickets, liaise with Odoo SaaS support for Tierâ2 issues, and recommend new features as versions evolve.

• Project documentation & KPIs
  
  

Maintain SOPs, data dictionaries and configuration logs; report monthly metrics on user satisfaction, ticket closure time and process efficiency gains.
