Job Responsibility

  • To assist on the daily tasks of tracking and reconciling banking transactions.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accounting records, documentation, and filling of the records.
  • Assist in the provision of proper administration and efficient operation of the Company.
  • Provide support in administrative and HR functions such as processing payroll, managing employee leaves, and handling medical and claim matters.
  • Handle adâhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
  • Keying of database in SQL Accounting system for Invoices, Delivery Orders and Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in bookkeeping, accounting or a related field.
  • Some qualifications in accounting or finance fields.
  • A degree, preferably in finance, accounting, law or business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, reliability.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must have skills and knowledge in bookkeeping or financial analysis.
