Operation Executive (Welcoming Fresh Graduates)

Responsibility

• Manage office supplies and equipment deliveries, ensuring everything matches the order and is in good condition.
• Keep an up-to-date record of inventory levels, ensuring the office has a continuous supply of necessary materials.
• Organize supplies in designated areas for easy access and distribute them as needed to staff.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment, and conduct regular inventory counts to spot and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with general office tasks like ordering supplies, arranging for repairs, and supporting other departments with inventory-related needs.
• Manage office operations such as arranging parking passes and stocking snacks.
• Assist with departmental data entry or any ad-hoc roles if required.

职责：

• 管理办公室用品和设备的交付，确保所有项目符合订单规格并且状况良好。
• 维护最新的库存记录，确保办公室始终备有必需的用品。
• 有效地组织供应品，存放在指定区域，便于获取，并根据需要分发给员工。
• 定期检查和维护办公设备，并进行常规库存审核，识别并解决任何差异。
• 协调一般办公室任务，包括订购用品、安排维修和为其他部门提供库存支持。
• 管理办公室运营，如发放停车证和保持办公室小吃的库存。
• 为团队提供数据录入和其他临时角色的支持。
  

Qualification

• Minimum qualification: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications like Excel and Word for inventory tracking.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with staff and vendors.
• Willingness to assist with various office operations and multitask effectively.
