Operation Manager

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration, industrial management, Food Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience in F&B management and operations.
• Proven experience in managing halal-certified is essential.
• Possess knowledge in HACCP Principles and Application.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of F&B health and safety regulations.
• Passion for food and beverage trends and keeping up with industry developments.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory.
• Ensure all raw material meet halal standards and comply with other regulatory requirements.
• Manage production staff scheduling, on job training, and performance to maintain high service standards and high quality of production.
• Develop and ensure system and procedures outlined in the operations manual in place.
• Ensure proper execution of standards operation and procedures.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Monitor product stock, control waste to maintain cost-effectiveness and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure health, safety compliance, and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
