Operation Manager cum PA to Managing Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager cum PA to oversee and coordinate our organization's daily operations. This role is crucial for implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance across all levels of our organization.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing operational strategies to meet our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include improving overall efficiency, procuring necessary resources, securing compliance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
  • Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and procurement of materials and resources.
  • Legal Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. Knowledge and replying to legal matters would be an advantage.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Capable of analysing and solving problems through quantitative reasoning and analysis
  • Excellent leadership, strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, resource management, and compliance
  • Ability to develop, implement, and optimize strategies
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and local language/dialect.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, resource management, and compliance
  • Ability to develop, implement, and optimize strategies
