About the role

We're looking for a Forman Motor to join our team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is a crucial role within our Insurance & Superannuation Assessment department, where you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our motor insurance assessment processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating a team of assessors to ensure timely and accurate evaluations of motor insurance claims
  • Reviewing assessments and reports to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Liaising with clients, insurers and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching to support the professional development of assessors
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies

    • What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in the motor insurance assessment industry, with a proven track record of successful team management
  • Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicle assessment and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, insurers and team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex claims and address issues
  • Proficient in using relevant assessment software and technology
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
