- Identify and approach potential customers within targeted sectors (e.g., Horeca, food retail) and zones.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition and expand the customer base.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and work to meet KPIs like customer activity, visit frequency, and transaction growth.
- Engage regularly with customers through visits, calls, and digital communication.
- Share detailed product information, ensure stock availability, and maintain high service standards.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the SDM to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in strategy sessions and contribute on-the-ground insights to support customer acquisition and engagement.
- Support in-store activities such as check-outs, order preparation, product loading, and delivery coordination as needed.
- Align with cross-functional campaigns, sharing relevant updates with customers and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Collect information on competitor pricing and products to help the team stay competitive.
- Follow department and store SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.
