About this opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Order & Delivery Management to join our Service Area Repair unit. The Service Area Repair is part of Global Services Operations in Business Unit Global Services and is globally responsible for delivering HW related services across multiple business areas, focusing on customer contract SLA/WLA fulfillment, while optimizing E2E delivery and maximizing return on the capital employed for service delivery.
You’ll work closely with material planners and cross-functional teams to help purchase order delivery to Ericsson hub and delivery to the customer

About this opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Order & Delivery Management to join our Service Area Repair unit. The Service Area Repair is part of Global Services Operations in Business Unit Global Services and is globally responsible for delivering HW related services across multiple business areas, focusing on customer contract SLA/WLA fulfillment, while optimizing E2E delivery and maximizing return on the capital employed for service delivery.
You’ll work closely with material planners and cross-functional teams to help purchase order delivery to Ericsson hub and delivery to the customer
What you will do:
- Drive and coordinate BNEW SAR strategy and the execution of the strategy.
- Drive harmonized strategy together with other MA units as well as with BNEW Strategy and Transformation.
- Drive communication inside and outside of the unit.
- Explore innovative ways to improve communication flow and engagement.
- Secure Customer contract fulfillment
- Distribute info to internal stakeholders and escalate delivery Issues
- Handle special requirement such as optional service request
- Supervising Hardware Services Performance
- Follow up on regional HWS financial accountability
- Support lean, agile, and sustainable supply chain processes in line with the Ericsson Supply Model.
- Create/follow up ETA/Escalation after new buy request from planners
- Insure Good receive/Invoice to internal/external vendors
- Support Material cost calculation with finance team
- Understanding of SAR operations, processes, and financials
- Contact network related to Hardware Services in Business Unit Global Services, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.
- Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to see the big picture and apply best practice
- Good presentation and communication skills, and capable of communicating on senior and executive management level
- Proactive and decisive approach, with highly developed negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Data Analytics
- Good understanding of Supply Chain
- Bachelor's Degree
