- Execute Spare Part and Service Order Processing for South East Asia region.
- Arrange and coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) on freight deliveries from vendor to customer through Courier Service, Sea freight, Airfreight or Local Trucking.
- Provide customer service to internal office and direct customers on their enquiry.
- Follow up Account Receivable with Customers with the objective of maintaining good credit performance.
- Manage trade instrument and shipping document for D/P, D/A, Letter of Credits, Prepayment and Credit Terms.
- Manage Return of Material Process.
- Attend to customer feedback, complaint and request for service remedy.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Proficient in English.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or order fulfilment environment.
- Strong PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP (SD Module, Stock, Procurement).
- Good knowledge in incoterm and freight management.
- Provide efficient and effective Customer Service to internal and external Customers.
- Responsible for South East Asia region Order Processing and Shipping arrangement.
- Ensure on-time delivery based on customer request delivery date.
- Maintain strong collaboration with Manufacturing Factory or external suppliers.
- Possess Prioritization Skills and Ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess Team Player ability.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Natural influencer, capable of conveying concepts and ideas.
- Manage 3PL performance.
