Order to Cash Ops Associate (Thai Speaking)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Finance team as an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Associate. This role will support key OTC processes including cash application, accounts receivable aging and bank reconciliation. Fresh graduates in Finance or Accounting are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform cash application by matching incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices
  • Monitor and analyze the accounts receivable (AR) aging report to ensure timely collection and follow-ups
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to OTC
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls


    • Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
