Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads and opportunities.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate these to customers.
  3. Customer Consultation: Conduct consultations with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate tinting solutions.
  4. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and pricing proposals based on customer requirements, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  8. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.
  9. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to the sale of tinted products and services, including safety and environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry (automotive, construction, home improvement, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require occasional travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Work hours may vary based on customer availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • May involve exposure to outdoor and indoor conditions when meeting with clients.
