Keperluan
- Min SPM atau Sijil
- Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam kapasiti yang sama.
- Mempunyai kepimpinan yang baik dalam menguruskan pekerja.
- Mempunyai interpersonal yang baik
- Celik komputer, kemahiran asas dalam MS Excel dan Word.
- Untuk menyelia dan memantau aktiviti pengeluaran / fabrikasi keluli.
- Untuk mengawal dan memimpin tenaga kerja pengeluaran.
- Memastikan semua kerja yang dijalankan adalah mengikut lukisan, spesifikasi, pelan pembinaan, prosedur, penyataan kaedah, dsb.
- Untuk membantu dalam memantau penyelenggaraan kilang dan penyelenggaraan mesin kerja.
- Untuk mengekalkan penjagaan rumah yang baik dan melaksanakan amalan keselamatan.
- Untuk menjalankan apa-apa tugas dan tanggungjawab lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan.
- Untuk melaksanakan semua dasar, aktiviti, prosedur, arahan yang relevan dan diperlukan oleh sistem pengurusan kualiti.
- Untuk memastikan operasi projek dan prosedur kawalan dokumen dipatuhi.
