Working Time : 9.30 am- 6.30 pm (Monday-Friday)

Location : Taman Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

Job Scope：

• Conduct detailed project briefings
• Coordinate with developers, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any issues related to project development, progress, and requirements.
• Work closely with lawyer firms
• Liaise with real estate agents to provide comprehensive project information, ensuring alignment on project specifications, timelines, and market positioning.
• Ensure all relevant project information is accurately updated in internal systems and shared platforms (e.g., WhatsApp groups) to keep agents informed of the latest developments.
• Manage relationships with co-agencies, ensuring collaborative efforts are streamlined, and project-related information is shared efficiently.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences. Prepare detailed project briefing slides for presentations to agents.

Job Requirements :

• 21 years old and above
• Sense of ownership and takes pride in responsibility
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive working attitude
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Skill Required : Microsoft Word & Excel & PowerPoint
• Preferable speak and written in English & Mandarin

Salary ：
RM3000 - RM3500 (Depends on experience and qualifications)
