Qualifications & experience

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • An energetic personality with can do attitude
  • Extraordinary ability to multitask, organizational planning skills
  • Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrity
  • Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director and relevant business parties to ensure the information flow smoothly and effectively to support the decision making and strategy developing.
  • Help to improve efficiency of current duties of sales back office, lean management(Mainly focus sales department) Support the Director in developing and maintaining relationship with business partners, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring of departmental performance against target
  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Managing Director Assist in all ad-hoc assignments
