Personal Assistant

Benefits:

• Monthly salary within RM1800 - RM2,500

Working hours:

• 5 days work (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact: Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Remind manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Manage databases and filing systems
• Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
• Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
• Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Diploma level & above
• Able to communicate & type in English & Mandarin
• Must be able to type letter that is required by the manager
• Good at using Microsoft excel & other basic Microsoft Skill
• Efficient and able to work at a fast pace
• Candidate will act as a Clerk for this job position.

• 首选有文书相关经验者
• 善于沟通并懂得书写英文及中文
• 善于使用Excel, 基本的Microsoft Skill
• 首选有个人交通的申请者

• 良好的时间管理
• 能够在很少的监督下工作并且自动自发
