Our client “⁠Hicom Teck See Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd.” is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Proofread a wide range of documents, including emails, reports, presentations, marketing materials, and other written content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Correct errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formatting, ensuring consistency and maintaining a professional tone.
  • Review and improve sentence structure, readability, and overall flow of documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure documents are accurate, well-structured, and effectively convey the intended message.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to catch any errors or inconsistencies in documents.
  • Assist with document formatting, organizing files, and maintaining version control.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.


Who are they looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Proven experience in proofreading and editing written content.
  • Familiarity with style guides and formatting conventions.
  • Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
  • Knowledge in legal will be an added advantage
