PHP/ Python Programmer

A Junior PHP/Python Programmer is an entry-level position for individuals looking to start a career in web development. This role focuses on learning and assisting in the development and maintenance of web applications using the PHP/Python programming language.

Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior developers in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP/Python code.
• Learn and implement PHP/Python coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain basic PHP/Python scripts and modules.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
  
  

Testing

• Assist in testing and debugging PHP/Python applications.
• Identify and report bugs and issues.
• Participate in unit testing and integration testing.
  
  

Learning

• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of PHP/Python, related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony), and web development technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PHP/Python development.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work effectively with a team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  
  

Requirements

Fundamentals:

• Strong understanding of PHP/Python
• syntax and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and SQL.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Must be able to work at Petaling Jaya Seksyen 51 and Bukit Raja 2 (future new HQ)
