About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Amanfisio in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing and evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing personalised treatment plans
• High interest/knowledge in Exercise Therapy
• Implementing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote recovery, improve function, and enhance patients' quality of life
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or other relevant regulatory bodies
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to provide tailored treatment solutions
• Proficiency in using various physiotherapy equipment and techniques
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient-centred care and a commitment to continuous learning
