PORJECT EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit Hospital and Clinics to a panel.
• To establish new providers and to build presence in emerging markets within the region.
• To re-look at current services agreement and provide recommendations on addendums/rework of said agreement.
• Provide training of the Web Portal during installation to all healthcare provider
• Build, foster and maintain a close working relationship with the panel of hospitals, i.e. administrative staff & doctors.
• Provide education and awareness to the hospital staff, doctors, agents, leaders on claim abuses, rights of policyholders, medical coverage, claim processes, do's and don'ts etc.
• To resolve service gaps through constructive feedback, and implement process improvements where appropriate with panel hospitals.
• To resolve complaints by hospitals, agents and policyholders.
• Updating and submission of report as required by management within the agreed service standards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare management, provider relations, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Work experience in customer service good to have
• Preferably experience in dealing with medical providers, doctors, and hospital management.
• Working experience in TPA, insurance or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in BM & English.
