The main responsibility of this Presales Intern is to gain familiarity with presales operations, systems, and policies to support the efficient processing of orders, product configuration, and customer engagement.

The main responsibility of this Presales Intern is to gain familiarity with presales operations, systems, and policies to support the efficient processing of orders, product configuration, and customer engagement.
Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks)
- System Familiarization
- Gain knowledge of key systems such as COW, ETEL Backoffice, Sales Portal, and PRS.
- Policy and SOP Adherence
- Understand and apply global and local presales policies, SOPs, and work instructions, including Order Pack Standard, JRF Standard, and Vehicle Handover Standard.
- Site Visits and Field Exposure
- Tag along with presales engineers on visits to plants, bodybuilders, and government offices to gain real-world experience.
- Product Knowledge
- Learn about Scania’s products, services, and industry positioning, and be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers and partners.
- Presales Operations Support
- Engage in presales daily operations, assists projects, and interact with customers under guidance.
- Attention to Detail
- Ensures accuracy in order processing, system entries, and customer documentation.
- Communication
- Listening and communicating openly, honestly and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.
- Teamwork
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship for a duration above 12 week(s).
- Experience with AutoCAD is a PLUS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
