The Process and Reporting Excellence Analyst will support the development of data-driven insights and reporting frameworks across our global compliance content teams.

This role will work closely with the Process and Reporting Excellence Manager, helping to streamline reporting processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Power BI Reporting: Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI (or similar) dashboards and reports, leveraging AI features to enhance dashboard functionality, ensuring consistent and timely updates of performance metrics and KPIs.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze performance data from various teams, supporting the use of AI tools to identify patterns or anomalies, ensuring data integrity and consistency for reporting purposes.
• KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor key performance metrics and targets included in Service Level Agreements, assisting in integrating AI-driven insights to improve KPI tracking accuracy and creating regular reports for senior management.
• Process Documentation Support: Assist with the documentation of standardized processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.
• Collaborative Support: Work alongside the Process and Reporting Excellence Manager and other teams to ensure alignment on reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of data entered into reporting systems, validating data for quality and consistency.
• Reporting Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing Power BI reports, using AI capabilities to streamline updates and improve accuracy, ensuring dashboards reflect the latest performance metrics and business objectives.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Relevant Experience: 1-3 years in a data-related or reporting role, ideally in GRC, regulatory compliance, or a tech-driven environment.
• Power BI Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Familiarity with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reporting frameworks.
• Process Documentation: Experience or interest in documenting processes and process improvement.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• AI & Automation: Interest in or experience with AI tools (e.g., Power BI AI features, Python) for data analysis and automation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate, high-quality data for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
