Â
- Review customer engineering specification including materials specification & requirements, part specification and requirement.
- Review raw materials, production processes, tools, machine parameters and equipment are complied with customer specifications and requirements.
- Review engineering specifications & requirements for every product and ensure compliance
- Engineering review for product and process issues and identify remedy and preventive action
- Engineering review for all manufacturing processes including special processes for compliance
- Responsible for process performance, process requirement, meet Process Engineering KPI
- Implement and comply with AS9100 and ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Determine machining (turning & milling) processes, cycle time, tooling, machine, equipment, jig & fixture for new projects
- Recomment machine, equipment, tooling, jig & fixture for existing project for improvement
- Inititiate process flow chart for new products
- Customer Change Board review - review new product introduction under engineering and process relatedÂ
- Review & implement product assembly processes
- Issue drawing for subcon process & provide specific control requirement to subcon
- Provide technical advice to subcon related to machining.
- Technical review with machinists for improvementÂ
- Any other responsibility assigned by superior

Job Requirements

- Experience in CNC Machining & Programming
- Degree in Engineering with 5 years working experience
- Knowledge in jig & fixture design
- Experience with technical drawing and well verse in GD&TÂ
- Good communication skill, capable of interaction internally and externally
- Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision
