- Conduct R&D activities for SCADA solutions.
- Explore new technologies and methodologies for system improvement.
- Perform feasibility studies and contribute to system architecture development.
- Design and develop SCADA systems to meet operational needs.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and compatibility.
- Contribute to long-term strategies for SCADA integration.
- Identify and evaluate emerging SCADA tools and trends.
- Work closely with teams to integrate SCADA solutions into projects.
- Perform testing and validation to ensure system integrity.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for SCADA systems.
- Support training efforts for team members and clients on SCADA applications.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for SCADA issues.
- Collaborate with the Product Specialist Unit to resolve technical challenges.
- Coordinate with SCADA partners, vendors, and clients for project execution.
- Ensure that SCADA products comply with all client requirements, including TNB regulations and industry standards.
- Assist business development teams with technical insights and recommendations.
