- Using developer tools such as AutoCAD that can assist engineers in streamlining the workflows, automating repetitive tasks and increasing coding efficiency.
- Regular performance evaluation and feedback with team.
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering and related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in AutoCAD is a bonus.
